We are currently seeking an experienced Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bank reconciliation, Anti Money Laundering compliance, budgeting, account reconciliation, governmental accounting, account analysis, tax, technical accounting, and accounts receivable.
Duties:
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy
- Credit control and chasing debtors, including non-UK
- Bank and credit card reconciliations and paying customers
- Checking and filing the quarterly VAT return
- Taking responsibility for all aspects of Payroll including filing returns with HMRC
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment from customers
Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient with Quickbooks online accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Teams)
- Handling foreign currencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Knowledge of governmental accounting preferred
