Discover Impactful Work:

The Program and Dashboard Lead is accountable for the successful execution of all tasks related to the production of Real-World Data Solutions. This role is responsible for engagement with our clients and commercial sales teams from the initial client discussions right through to awarded projects and continues to manage this interaction until completion of the project. The success in role is critical to ensure client satisfaction and renewal of subscription-based business solutions.

Full Coordination of research operations for RWDS studies will include the responsibilities for project management, data checking/cleaning and presentation to the client, coordination analysis, and final report writing and delivery. This role will also oversee internal and external vendor activities including data collection, data processing and web reporting tool together with the operational delivery team.

A key part of this remit will be the effective management of day-to-day project-related inquiries, ensuring timely response and insight for our clients. You will participate as a research team member to deliver across all facets of the research study process as agreed with the client, and you will make all efforts to meet prescribed deadlines within the agreed budget and timelines.

A day in the Life:

Listed below are key responsibilities of a Program and Dashboard Lead. These duties listed are not to be considered complete and the management will continually review and modify these to evolve with our client focused solutions and as requested by the business.

  • Responsible for directing and controlling the overall execution of the research project from initiation through customer delivery to meet the established targets for scope, quality, schedule, and cost.
  • Works within the research study design as per product guidelines, performs questionnaire customization, fieldwork coordination, quality control, analysis and report customization.
  • Responsible for the project execution and fieldwork coordination for a variety of multi‐country research projects.
  • Coordinates activities with internal co-workers and external resources to ensure effective data collection and smooth project execution for a variety of multi‐country research projects.
  • Works closely with the business development team and commercial leadership to ensure the highest quality of customer experience and contributes to the client growth.
  • Determines resource requirements and coordinates with internal departments and/or external suppliers to establish the project schedule, assignments, and budget insuring compliance to our high-quality standards.
  • Maintains high quality and effective project internal status reporting.
  • Responsible of testing surveys internally to ensure optimal quality at launch.
  • Assesses project viability when changes introduce risks to scope, quality, schedule, or cost targets.
  • Documents his / her work and participates in the development of processes.
  • Maintains high quality and effective project internal status reporting and established Key Performance Indicators to determine project health.
  • Studies and understands project disease and market.
  • Performs quality control checks for questionnaires, data, coding of open ends, and data QC.
  • Works on the customization of data visualizations (dashboards), analyses data for adhoc request and ensure that its presentation match client needs.

Consulting Expectations:

  • Manages client relationships and technical delivery project-related inquiries, ensuring timely response.
  • Participates in client presentation of reports and dashboards.
  • Develops reports (including but not limited to, dashboards, presentations and publications) for interim and final data delivery to clients and is able to summarize insights.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in business, marketing or market research

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience with a market research supplier, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and solid analytical skills required.
  • Experience in client management
  • Knowledge of survey programming (Lime Survey preferred)
  • Experience with Data visualization (Tableau preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience using SharePoint and Office 365 Tools.
  • Trained in project management concepts and techniques.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
