About the role
- To ensure the correct and accurate processing of timesheets.
- Processing holiday forms accurately, liaising with the coordination teams if required.
- To check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order.
- To respond in a timely manner to any telephone or email pay queries.
- To match timesheets with invoices and send to appropriate clients and, process any assigned invoices ensuring the data is checked for any variances.
- To assist, as required, in preparing a report, detailing unreconciled shifts, for the purpose of review and action by appropriate parties.
- To support and assist with the preparation and import of data into SAGE in order to process the weekly payroll, ensuring the data is adjusted for any leavers and pension information, as instructed by the Finance Team Leader.
- To oversee distribution of gross payslips to individuals included on the weekly payroll.
- Providing ad-hoc support to finance team, as required by the Finance Team Leader
About you
- You will have a minimum of 2 years administration experience, ideally within a finance team but not essential.
- Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and time management with the ability to prioritise own workload.
- Able to apply a thorough and methodical approach to tasks ensuring accuracy.
