The Bank Bar & Restaurant are recruiting for waiting staff on a casual basis. The ideal candidates will ideally have previous experience although full training will be provided however they must be aged over 16yrs old, be able to work evenings and weekends as required, have great communication skills and work ethic and be able to get home safely late at night.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or objects as needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary: £7.36-£11.13 per hour
