We are currently seeking to recruit several high calibre caring individuals to support our care at home services as a support worker. We match clients and care professionals based on personality, hobbies and interests which help us build positive, trusting relationships with them and provides real opportunities to improve their lives.

The areas we cover are;- Hedge End, Botley, Bishops Waltham and everywhere in between. We encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work.
Duties can include:
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials to keep them healthy and independent
We only ask for a few requirements from you:
- A full driving licence and access to a car, as the nature of the role requires you to travel between client visits.
- Professional approach and a passion to deliver the very best care.
- Consistent availability - same times on your working days
- Positive attitude and a good level of written and spoken English.
This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure, and we do require Care Professionals to have access to reliable transport.
