We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the MDS unit, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, customer support, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain inventory levels and order new supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all robotic equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Train new staff on procedures and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve work efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 34 per week
