About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Collections Officer to join our team in London. Reporting to our Head of Collections (based out of our Sydney HQ), you will act as a Senior member of the team managing the day to day collections for our UK division. Some of your responsibilities will look a bit like this:
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experienced in a Debt Collections role (2+ years desirable)
- Able to quickly build rapport and trust with people, particular over the telephone. You’ll communicate with clarity and empathy.
- Be a quick and adaptable learner when it comes to technology
- Be a master of negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Be great at time-management, with a high level of attention to detail.
- A fan of autonomy. We’re a tight but global team with big ambitions, so we don’t micromanage. We need a team player who uses their own initiative.
- CICM/CSA qualified (desirable)
- Experienced in asset finance and/or rental products. (desirable)
