Roles and Responsibilities:

As an agency housekeeper, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional cleaning and housekeeping services to our clients. Your tasks will encompass:

  • Maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards in guest rooms, communal areas, and storage spaces.
  • Adhering rigorously to client instructions, ensuring guest rooms meet the highest standards.
  • Executing cleaning tasks efficiently, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
  • Accommodating additional cleaning requests across communal and back of house areas, as required.
  • Promptly reporting damages, repairs, or misplaced items to the appropriate channels.
  • Fostering friendly, professional interactions with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Adhering to safe work practices and protocols to mitigate potential risks.
  • Presenting a consistently polished and professional personal appearance.

  • Residency or proximity to the Lake District, enabling you to commute to various hotels.
  • Preferred possession of a valid driver's license for added flexibility.

Please note that while we offer a high hourly wage and flexibility, we are unable to guarantee work, especially during midweek days that are typically quieter within the industry. This position is ideal for individuals with unpredictable schedules, including Students and those concurrently engaged in part-time roles.
