What you’ll be responsible for:
· This role is to provide support and guidance to hospital staff who require support as they adapt to the rollout of the new ePMA application.
· You will be trained to provide support in the Inpatient wards to give on-the-job support to ePMA Users.
· The Trust Lead will coordinate the Floorwalkers and the Training Manager will support in relation to this role and training.
· You will be trained in the end user ePMA modules and coaching clinics via e-learning and will also be required to attend ward orientation.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· System Knowledge- EPJS
· Ability to learn quickly and effectively
· Ability to gain good coaching skills
· Ability to develop good listening skills
· Good IT skills including Windows, e-mail and Internet Explorer (required)
· Excellent communication & time management skills
· Previous NHS Experience
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years administration experience.
