Production Operative Reporting to Production Shift Manager
Bringing joy to the world by building beautiful bouquets, working in a bright and friendly environment.
- We are holding Inductions every Wednesday at 10:00am and 14:00pm, please just come to the factory at one of those times bringing with you your right to work documents and Bank details.
Primary functions
- Counting, putting on and adding the required number of flowers, greenery and/or decorative products on the belt according to the required production speed
- Making of parallel bouquets
- Preparing for production of products of glass and/or pots
- Sleeving and/or wrapping of bouquets, boxing, strapping and bucket filling
- Packing of bouquets into buckets and or boxes without supervision and checking the specifications in a timely planner
Responsibilities
- Preparing and completion of bouquets and plants within the production areas
- Working safely and efficiently, keeping the work area neat and tidy
Full training provided and we have translators on site to assist.
Other considerations:
- Sunday to Tuesday 100am-10pm, Wednesday 2pm - 10pm, 4 day shift.
- Occasional additional shifts and night shifts are required in order to facilitate the needs of the business
- Salary scale: £10.42 per hour, overtime after 42.5 hours at 125%, unsociable hours 00:00-06:00 at 15%
- Hourly rate rises with length of service.
