We are now on the hunt for a part-time Administrator / Receptionist to join our expanding team in Manchester. You will be comfortable with all aspects of administration including assisting the Accounts team with ad-hoc duties as well as being the first point of contact for any potential visitors and calls.

This part-time, permanent position would suit someone looking to work 20 hours a week across 5 days (ideally 10am-2pm).

What your day as an Administrator / Receptionist will look like:

· Supporting front desk with answering calls and queries

· Greeting clients and visitors

· Scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and updating & planning calendars

· Assisting the Accounts and Tax teams with ad-hoc tasks including use of our sector specific software

Skills and experience you will have…

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple diaries
  • Confident working in a paperless environment
  • Confident in learning sector specific software
  • Willingness to grow and achieve within a modern firm
