Full UK driving licence essential.

We're looking for warm and friendly Support Workers, to join our supported living home in Hemel Hempstead, supporting 1 woman to continue to live the happy and fulfilled life we all deserve!

The Role:

We can assure you that no two days will be the same in this role, this woman loves to be out and about and having fun! Most importantly, she enjoys being active by swimming regularly and practising yoga.

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower this woman to be actively engaged in every aspect of her daily life - this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.

So if you're the sort of person who treats others with respect, listens to their needs, understands their emotions, and is warm, kind and honest, then adult social care could be the career for you.

Whether you are new to support work, or have supported people previously, we want to hear from you! We will give you all the training you need to be become an amazing Support Worker for the people you will be working with. The Shifts:

Shifts will vary between 8am - 10pm and are dependent around the activities for the day. There will also be a requirement for sleep ins, alternative weekends, and bank holidays.
