The postholder will be responsible for delivering Healthwatch Trafford’s (HWT) research and intelligence work: high quality data management, engagement design, analysis and report writing and developing associated income generation opportunities. They will help meaningfully investigate and clearly capture people’s needs, experiences and opinion, so that HWT can effectively drive improvements to health and social care services.
The postholder will support other HWT staff with project design and delivery, direct research activities with the public, and work alongside the Chief Officer to promote the patient voice and influence decision-makers using our evidence base. They will also help signpost the public to resolve challenges in accessing health and social care services.

*Please note this is a four days per week post paid pro rata (£28,000 FTE) and includes a 6% employer pension contribution. It is primarily home based but staff are required to meet face to face on a regular basis.
