Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative at Fastlane Autocare, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the phone to customers who need a car repair
  • Calling customers who live chat or email in
  • Answering live chats
  • Answering emails
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Presenting our products and services effectively to prospective clients and closing deals.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform your sales strategies.
  • Keeping the sales reception area clean and tidy as well as your working area at all times.
  • Bringing new ideas and suggestions to the table when we have sales meetings.

Salary: £19,620.00-£29,311.28 per year
